Silega Pulse is a business simulation that can be customised according to the specifics of the group. Participants will represent different businesses as they learn about cash flow and how it can create value in a business. This activity will "involve all the players" in a business: suppliers, own business, customers, owners and society. Participants face four years of business, moving money around the table using a checklist. At the end of each simulated year, the group passes the company's balance sheet and profit and loss statement for that year.
Silega Pulse is a realistic depiction of a business in need of change. Participants must manage all parts of the business process: planning, operations, financing and people development.
