In this program, participants will be divided into teams and will participate in a series of activities and competitive challenges. The team's vision should be based on being the best and most trusted partner anyone could want, and their mission is to win as a team.
How will they do this? The teams will build aircraft and sales strategies according to the specific requirements of the sellers, resource and raw material planning, profit and production strategy and a contingency plan.
The business simulation aims to reflect as closely as possible the real world of business, and participants will have to act as a high-performance team, carrying out all the challenges.
