A creative Christmas fair, made by your own team.
XMAS Joy Market is a festive and interactive experience where colleagues become Christmas artisans. Each team prepares their own festive stall: decorations, personalized gifts, themed surprises and authentic atmosphere.
Attendees use their creativity to build, customize and decorate - and then set off to explore the other booths. Each team can purchase products using "Joy Coins" and the interaction turns into smiles, jokes and moments of genuine connection.
The fair becomes more than just a fun activity - it's a collective experience that strengthens the team and can bring joy to others: the results can be donated to a chosen social cause.
