Win as Much as You Can is an experiential program that presents teams with a classic business dilemma: how much do you earn individually vs. how much do we earn together? Participants make decisions in successive rounds, with incomplete information, time pressure, and seemingly conflicting goals. Each choice influences not only their own score, but also the results of others.
As the game progresses, the dynamics change: negotiations, alliances, breaches of trust, and moments of strategic reset occur. The debrief transforms the experience into clear insight, connecting behaviors in the game with reality in the office: cross-team collaboration, internal competition, communication, and accountability. It is a format that makes the invisible mechanisms of everyday decisions visible — fast, intense, and memorable.
