The Plan for Kilimanjaro is the perfect challenge for strong teams who want an exhilarating experience where every effort is a new step to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro!

Divided into sub-groups, participants will put themselves in the role of a daring team with varied members who will contribute to achieving the team's common goal: climbing a peak of Mount Kilimanjaro. Before setting off, teams will take part in a course where they will learn essential information about climbing in different conditions.Every expeditioner knows that planning the ascent is crucial to the team's success.

For this reason, the equipment chosen at the beginning will be the one that can propel the team to the top or hinder their work. In the first phase, planning and overview therefore become essential factors. Communication, consensus and taking responsibility are the central areas of the simulation.The challenge does not stop here because each stage of the climb also presents obstacles to be overcome, materialised by surprise tests of skill, agility or physicality.

Of course, all of this contributes to each team's final score.Although rigorous planning and route challenges are challenges in themselves, every expeditioner must be adaptable and find appropriate solutions to adapt to changes. On the mountain, there are no constants except the strength of the team. Natural factors such as weather or avalanches will force expeditioners to show openness to change and adaptability.The whole set of challenges will show how strong, united and efficient each expedition team is.
