Collaboration concept
The Elements is an experiential teambuilding program that brings to the forefront the power of balance, collaboration and interdependence. Each team becomes an element of nature - Water, Fire, Air, Earth, Wood or Metal - and enters a dynamic game where strategies, alliances and symbolic challenges build a unique story.
Over the course of 5 stages, teams interact with each other, exchange resources, accomplish missions and compete to discover the Ultimate Element - a metaphor for cohesion, adaptability and balance in a collective. The activity combines strategic thinking, role play and emotional intelligence into a memorable and profound experience.
