Competitive concept
As part of the Sports Day program, we integrate classic team activities with some new and rarely practiced ones! Whether it's volleyball, soccer or fun sports that fall outside the Olympic sphere, the strength of the team is the strength of each member, and the strength of each member is the strength of the team (Phil Jackson).
This will be best evidenced in the activity fires, where participants will motivate each other to perform, strategize together and discover the passion of competing alongside team members.
Through the variety of activities and the fact that the opponents are not always the same, we make sure that every team has an equal chance to reach the podium. What's more, each sport retains some of the classic rules of the game and is enriched with new rules to ensure that the novelty is present at every step.
The moments when the opponent looks stronger and their advantage in points increases are when intrinsic and group motivation become crucial. These will drive participants to find quick solutions to balance the scales.
The solutions identified, as well as the communication barriers, are the subject of a powerful debrief about teamwork and the factors that motivate individuals to perform.
