Competitive concept
Scavenger Hunt engages participants in a competition that tests their ability to develop long-term strategies, adapt and react to new challenges.
The program emphasizes the importance of having a formal team leader to coordinate and facilitate getting to know each team member's skills and strengths, as well as discovering new things about themselves and other teammates in order to develop a winning strategy together. Also, with the help of the challenges, the participants will understand that each of them can become a leader in a challenge or in one of the categories, considering the diversity of challenges they will be subjected to, the situations they will have to respond to with optimism and confidence in their own strengths.
Divided into teams, participants will be given a series of challenges in 3 categories. Each category will have different team challenges. After carefully studying what kind of challenges they are, as well as what kind of skills and leadership characteristics they need to successfully complete the challenges, participants are invited to strategize which challenges they think they would have the best chance of winning, taking into account the skills of each team member.At the end of the programme, the debriefing discussion will highlight the importance of working together to achieve common goals, developing creative and sustainable solutions to successfully tackle new challenges, the ability to adapt to new situations, and the ability to make the right decisions in the shortest possible time.
