Creative concept
A good way to stimulate a team's creativity is to challenge them to think about repositioning a product.
The task becomes more and more interesting when the target audience is a sophisticated and demanding one. The working structure is in teams, each team being responsible for adjusting the functionalities of a given product according to a randomly selected target audience. To make sure that everyone is creative to the fullest, we have chosen a number of target segments that present challenges for any marketer. For example, how would you imagine a car dedicated to the nise of retired gangsters or salsa dancers? The proposed product can be chosen from the company's own or it can be one that is related to the company's business. Depending on the complexity, we may choose to develop one or more related products.
Participants will have the opportunity to brainstorm new product features and then visually represent them. They will be given a range of resources to bring their ideas to life and will have to organise themselves according to their skills to complete the task. At the end, an exhibition will be held and each participant will be able to allocate a vote to another team. At the end of the vote count we will announce the big winners and the exhibition can be moved to the company headquarters.
