Competitive concept
Back to School is an experiential teambuilding program that combines fun, competition and social engagement in a format inspired by school life. Teams take part in a series of interactive challenges - creatively reinterpreted 'classroom hours' - that test their collaboration, communication, leadership and time management skills.
The activities are designed to stimulate team dynamics in a constructive and humorous way, and the overall atmosphere is playful but with clear objectives. Throughout the program, teams accumulate points, which at the end of the program are converted into educational kits for children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
So Back to School becomes more than just a teambuilding - it's a meaningful experience where colleagues work together not just to win, but to make a positive impact in the community.
