CSR Concept
World of Zen is a wellness-based teambuilding program that offers participants a space for stillness, reflection and reconnection. Through workshops in mindful breathing, guided meditation and simple relaxation techniques, teams disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and connect to a calmer inner rhythm.
Each workshop is supported by specialized trainers and aims to reduce stress, improve concentration and increase emotional balance. World of Zen isn't just a wellness break - it's a way for the organization to invest in the mental and emotional health of the team. The atmosphere is warm, serene, with a focus on breath, sound, posture and presence.
