Workflow Reinvention Lab is a process redesign program dedicated to teams that want to improve their way of working and look at existing processes from a new perspective. The activity can start with a design thinking training session and ideation exercises, which provide a clear framework for analysis and creativity.

Participants are divided into facilitated teams and work on personalized cards representing stages in the life of the company. Using this visual aid, teams propose concrete ideas for improving processes, tailored to the reality of the organization. At the end, the solutions are presented and voted on, and the program provides a clear framework for dialogue, alignment, and buy-in.
The program is fully customizable to the specific case of the company.
