Leave the comfort of the office for a weekend and join the Ecoxtrem team for a survival test where we will test team unity, push boundaries and discover how to manage resources.
The concept of survival is the same, but now everything changes: conditions are harsh, resources are completely different, and your team faces new obstacles in achieving the ultimate goal: survival. Cold, snow and zones will be both enemies and best allies. The surprise situations you will encounter on your route will push you to choose a leader, divide tasks intelligently and communicate effectively.
The challenges that will test the teams' endurance and determination to survive are: locating victims with PIEPS devices, using avalanche probes, making various moorings out of snow or ice giving first aid and many other surprising situations. At the end of the exercises participants will be aware of the importance of teamwork and adaptability, but will also gain practical knowledge.
