Treasure Hunt Village Museum

Combine teamwork with an educational experience where you will discover ethnographic elements and traditional crafts in a treasure hunt in the Dimitrie Gusti National Museum.

Discover with the Ecoxtrem team traditions forgotten by time, architectural specificities, glimpses of the life of the Roman villagers of yesteryear and, why not, meet craftsmen who practice different skills handed down from generation to generation and create their own manufactured objects.

The group will be divided into teams and will have a limited amount of time to complete a series of tasks cleverly outlined in the starter kit. The missions will take participants through the museum, helping them discover details and information that a visitor would normally miss. As working time is limited, teams will have to define their own strategy, share tasks and use each member's skills intelligently, understanding the importance of teamwork.

In the extended version of the treasure hunt, participants can meet at key intervals with traditional craftsmen who will share their experience and life story and help participants learn new skills: wood carving, pottery, war work, egg hatching, glass painting, making fiddlesticks and more. Teams that demonstrate these skills will be rewarded by the craftsmen.

The event can end with an authentic traditional party!
