The Treasure Hunt in Brasov is a dynamic one, in which you will travel through the streets of the city in search of answers and interact with the locals to discover the hidden treasure.Kronstadt - as Brasov is still called - has architectural, craft and cultural importance, with a rich history. We aim (and succeed every time) to familiarize participants with as many points of interest of the place as possible.

To do this, we divide the group into teams that set off in search of the most interesting things in the city centre, trying to accomplish as many missions as possible.The missions are not always simple because in the treasure hunt nothing is what it seems. Teammates will have to find answers to logical questions, overcome their fears of public speaking, be persuasive and, above all, function effectively as a team.

Everyone's goal is to get the key to Kronstadt's treasure and then get as many points as possible to get the final clue that will lead them to where it is hidden. At the end of the exercise, we will discuss with all the treasure holders what were the success factors in finding as many answers as possible and how we can translate these factors into our daily work.
