Treasure Hunt Balchik

Discover the mysteries of beautiful Balchik, a city with history dating back to ancient times.

Give your team the opportunity to experience new places and demonstrate that they are a high performing team in any setting. The town was originally a Thracian settlement, then took the role of a fortress which in the Second Balkan War became part of the Kingdom of Romania.

For this reason, the place became the favourite summer residence of Queen Mary (whom we also meet in Bran), her heart remaining here to this day...The game system is simple, but requires a good overview, coordination and efficient communication within the team to maximize efforts.

Each team will receive a treasure hunt kit, and their mission is to accumulate as many points as possible. These represent photos and answers to questions or riddles related to architecture, history or other types of points of interest of the place. As time resources are often limited in the business environment, we translate this condition into the exercise, as participants have to go on the search with a well thought-out plan.

The challenges may include interaction with locals, so participants will have to find creative solutions to overcome communication barriers.At the end of the working time, we will evaluate the performance of the teams and end the day by drawing conclusions about strategies and time management that we can take with us further.
