The Ultimate Adventure is the teambuilding program recommended for teams that enjoy adventure and situations where team strength is essential for success.
Participants will work in teams, each moving between the proposed workshops with off-road vehicles based on the roadbook or clues provided by Ecoxtrem trainers.The program deserves its name both in terms of the types of activities and the fact that the workshops will be unknown until the teams arrive at the venue.
In order to complete the race, participants will be able to use both the resources obtained in the challenges and other existing resources within the team.If you are ready for the most dynamic and adventurous challenges, then the program is for you! Besides the adrenaline rush and the challenges you will have to face, the challenges aim to strengthen and unite the team, and overcoming personal limits will be the first step in achieving the goals proposed for this type of event.
