The Theater Company

'The Theatre Company' teambuilding programme brings you into the world of theatre and invites you to discover its charms and secrets not only through your own prism, but also with experienced actors.

As members of a real theatre company, the participants will participate in an introductory training in the art of theatre, supported by professional actors, and in the second part of the program, they will apply what they have learned.

Participants will be divided into teams and will have to demonstrate their ability to work with their teammates and collaborate effectively to achieve a quality performance. Each team will be responsible for staging one act of a play. The play's freshness will be scored by the jury, so teams must show good coordination so that the acts are perfectly matched in as many ways as possible, including costumes and set.

At the end of the allotted time, the theatre team will stage the play, the performance being a big one, and the teams that have distinguished themselves will be awarded prizes.

The program encourages good communication between team members, with an emphasis on harnessing the potential of each member in the performance as a whole.
