The Race

Each team starts from the same starting line:

-provide a single goal that every team member instantly adheres to

-are challenged to think strategically and creatively because they have limited material and time resources

-they are required to customize the finished product, and the division of tasks to complete a unique project becomes crucial

These are the basic ingredients of The Race.

↪f_200D↩Thisis designed to simulate the stages of a project, ensuring the involvement of all participants by the nature of the objective: building a non-conformist vehicle.In defining the concept the teams will brainstorm to establish the vision of the project, making sure it aligns with the personality of the newly formed team. In the launch and planning phases the teams will establish the vehicle structure, assess the potential and divide technical and less technical roles according to skills.

The execution phase will be a time trial, where fun will be the main theme. In addition, each vehicle built will have a randomly drawn theme that will allow participants to be creative and motivated to complete the task. Like any product, it will undergo a testing period where the feasibility and success of the project will be evaluated.

At the end of the race there will be a race on the obstacle course and prizes will be awarded for various categories, as well as the Grand Prix of the Race. The success of the programme is ensured by the non-conformity of the projects, which, through the main objective assigned to the teams, allows to draw vital conclusions about project management.
