CSR Concept
The teambuilding programme offers companies the opportunity to change destinies, to position themselves as an organisation that contributes to the development of the society in which they operate and to demonstrate their skills.
The programme has two main areas through which teams can get involved. The first area involves the renovation of the children's home where participants will be divided into teams and will be assigned to a specific type of activity, such as: painting the walls, painting wooden pieces and other activities that contribute to the re-furnishing of the space and objects.
The second area involves making children's toys according to personal preferences and creative ideas brought by the participants. They will be provided with all the necessary materials, as well as toy models from which they can draw inspiration. For both areas of activity, participants will be supported by Ecoxtrem trainers and crafts-facilitators who will guide them from the beginning of the activities to make the event a success.
