The Connection

The Ecoxtrem team invites you to take on a complex but fun architectural challenge of building a medium-sized bridge according to a given plan.

We will test participants' abilities to communicate effectively under time pressure, to plan strategically and implement the steps in the strategy, their ability to use their team spirit to successfully complete this building workshop.

Our trainers will divide the participants into mixed teams, responsible for building a part of the bridge and will distribute them kits of diversified materials (rods, measuring and building tools, construction plan and others) and will guide them in the process of implementing the initially established strategy.

After each team completes their assigned part of the bridge, participants will combine each team's segments and produce the final product.Thus, throughout the program, participants must successfully meet the challenges: meticulousness in correctly implementing the joint plan, attention to dimensions, constant communication with the other teams and accurate measurement of the segments that will be combined at the end. Fun is guaranteed!

At the end, we draw conclusions together in a debriefing session that emphasizes the need for continuous communication skills among team members, but also the importance of solution-oriented thinking, innovative spirit and implementation of the initial strategy.
