Competitive concept
In The Auction, participants will be divided into teams engaged in an exciting competition that will facilitate their analytical thinking to create long-term strategies, adaptability and responsiveness to unique challenges.
In an atmosphere full of energy and dynamism, the participants will use their skills in bidding on samples they think they have a chance of winning. Teams will challenge each other to duel, with each team having to challenge each other to duel for the winning samples in the auction and also responding to challenges from their teammates.Long-term strategy, team communication and emphasizing each teammate's talent are the most important elements in this activity. The chances of success will also be directly influenced by the attention to detail and the ability to decide which challenges are advantageous for each team.
At the end of the program, the debriefing discussion will highlight the importance of team communication, the advantages of constructive competitiveness and the ability to adapt to new situations.
