Ecoxtrem challenges you to step into the shoes of a skilled Street Food Master Chef. Creativity, team spirit and novelty will be at the heart of the activity.
Set in a carnival atmosphere, where people gather to spend their free time, the teams have the task to build their mobile kitchens to satisfy the culinary appetites of the tourists attending the festival.Divided into teams, the participants will have to prepare different types of food specific to the festival seasons and will also have to build and customize the front of their mobile kitchens. Teams will be provided with a standard recipe preparation kit and trailer, but will also have access to extra materials they can purchase or use.
At the end of the activity, the teams will present their cuisine and the story behind the customization of the trailer, then the judges will go through each trailer and score the dishes and stands based on creativity, attention to detail and taste.Are you ready for a new festival?
