Speambuilding by Ecoxtrem is a teambuilding program that takes the team beyond the everyday, on a fascinating adventure underground, guided by accredited trainers and conducted with professional, tested equipment, tailored to each participant. Exploring caves becomes more than an act of courage - it becomes an exercise in trust, collaboration and overcoming personal limits.
The program may also include useful and exciting wilderness survival techniques for the participants, as well as a campfire or camp lunch, cooked in a pot or over an open fire, which reinforces the spirit of camaraderie. It is a complete activity, with adrenaline, relaxation, good food and memorable team moments.
