Speed Dating is an interactive icebreaker that encourages participants to get to know each other better through a series of quick conversations, organized in a dynamic and engaging format. The activity creates a relaxed setting where colleagues exchange ideas, discover new things about one another, and build connections in a very short amount of time.

Participants are paired up and, in rotation, interact with several colleagues, discussing a variety of topics—ranging from lighthearted and personal questions to subjects that stimulate reflection and creativity.
