Concept description

RoadMap Redesign is a kick-off and envisioning program dedicated to teams that are just starting out or in the midst of growth. The activity creates a clear and collaborative framework in which participants can openly discuss the future, generate ideas, and actively contribute to defining the company's direction.

Through brainstorming exercises and visual work on a customized graphic template, teams build a shared representation of the path ahead: stages, priorities, and initiatives relevant for the coming period. The process encourages involvement, commitment, and alignment, making it ideal for newly formed teams that need clarity, energy, and ownership over the future.
