Collaboration concept
Experience the adrenaline rush of a climb on one of the most famous peaks, assess the need for resources, collaborate with other expedition teams and participate with colleagues in mountain-specific time trials.
Race to Everest is the simulation that combines in a unique way elements of change and project management that are managed on the game board, with short but intense mountain-specific challenges. Teams will have a common goal: to climb the summit and return to base camp in full formula. Only in this way will the mountain season be considered successful and team members will be rewarded.The mountain, however, is unpredictable and participants will have to find solutions to cope with weather, hazards, accelerated resource consumption and team exhaustion. At every turn the team climbers may encounter various challenges that will require specific skills: knot tying, coordination in the dark, survival tests, selection of crucial resources, first aid and more.
The conditions for ascension will become tighter and teams will have to improvise and team up with other teams to complete their mission.
