Play4Real

The Play 4 Real teambuilding program, structured as a board game, is based on three categories of challenges that test the team spirit, collaboration and communication skills of the players. Within the three categories, Skills, Speed and Teamwork, players must also be able to adapt easily to unexpected situations that arise during the game in order to successfully pass through the workshops.

Also, collaboration between team members is essential, each of them having an extremely important role in achieving the set objectives and in choosing and applying the game strategy. The chosen strategy depends on the movement on the board, where the ability to adapt to new situations is an essential condition. By establishing game strategies, communication and collaboration within teams are encouraged, as well as the involvement and initiative of their members and, last but not least, the importance of each member in achieving the set objectives. In this way, the players will form well consolidated and homogeneous teams.

At the end of the programme, the debriefing session will address in a constructive way all the aspects observed during the game.
