Out of your comfort zone

Out of your comfort zone starts from the premise that each of us is different and we look at things from different angles because the external reality is perceived with the help of the senses and then decoded and interpreted inside us, and then we act and behave accordingly. Through this program we challenge you to be creative, to let your imagination run wild, to free yourself from any mental barriers and to express yourself in all ways: verbal and non-verbal language, music, dance, drawing, the ability to recognize and associate emotions, etc. The program of this concept will start with a short interactive training that focuses on the main and different ways in which each of us perceives and interprets reality. Afterwards each participant will fill in a short questionnaire and will find out which primary system represents him/her (visual, auditory, kinaesthetic etc) and after a short introduction they will know what are the particularities of each system. Next, participants will take part in a series of interactive workshops based on the senses tested, and at the end of these we will analyse the activity in a short debrief.
