Operation Skyfall is an outdoor tactical treasure hunt program in which participants must analyze clues, make quick decisions, and efficiently coordinate resources to rebuild a fragmented security system.

Each team receives an operational suitcase and embarks on an intense mission of recovery and analysis. The clues gradually come together, and the time pressure constantly increases. Some information is incomplete. Some leads are traps. The right choice depends on the team's ability to connect seemingly unrelated data and intelligently distribute roles.

The program combines logic, physical coordination, cryptography, analysis, and strategy. The pace is fast, and success depends on clear communication and adaptable leadership.

At the end, teams must rebuild the system and present their tactical solution, followed by a debrief based on real-life business scenarios: decision-making under pressure, working with incomplete information, and effective prioritization.
