Competitive concept
The participants, divided into teams, will have to go through a series of challenges, both logical and practical, through which they will be able to use not only their creativity, but also their ability to use existing resources efficiently. In order to successfully pass all the tests, all team members need to be involved, as they only have one attempt. The One Shot programme has an engaging dynamic and succeeds in involving the whole team by the nature of its challenges, which are solved in a single attempt. Thus, communication is vital in this case, and stressing the importance of each teammate is also an important element in achieving team goals. Another special feature of the One Shot programme is the development of the ability to reach consensus within the team. Opinions are divided, each member comes with his or her own theory and vision, but only one option has to be agreed upon.
