We all know what a day at the office looks like, a typical day with meetings, deadlines, planning, colleagues, discussions, events and more.

What does the same old day at the office look like from the perspective of helpers who are usually in the background? Ecoxtrem launches a unique challenge and proposes to visualize a working day from the perspective of these helpers, the objects found in an office that make our work easier, more pleasant and faster. With a lot of humour and creativity, through their eyes, the participants become aware of a series of important elements of organisational culture that help the smooth running of everyday activities, discover or, as the case may be, rediscover their value and are put in a position to notice aspects that they may not have given enough importance to before.

Using Stop Motion and Still Motion techniques and with the help of equipment and advice provided by Ecoxtrem trainers, teams will make films highlighting the importance of these elements of organizational culture. At the end, the films will be watched and creativity will be rewarded accordingly. The programme is designed to better strengthen teams, starting from a better observation and understanding of the elements of a company's organisational culture.
