Who is part of the Millennial generation hands up!
In 2016 Ecoxtrem launched a new teambuilding concept that is specifically addressed to the Millennial Generation-Generation Y. This wonderful new breed of employees (which includes some Ecoxtrem team members) represents the new wave of the workforce and has its own set of characteristics.
The Millennial Challenge program aims to stimulate teamwork while familiarizing participants with the particularities of their generation. So, we take the classic mobile escape room system to a new level, introducing elements such as tablets, mobile phones, all the social networks in vogue, gadgets, as well as know-how about working with Millennials.
The concept is aimed at both Gen Y teams and team leaders who coordinate such groups and whose goal is bridging the gap.
