Military Camp

The XTRM Military Camp program creates a unique and yet effective framework for team building and homogenization.

For one day, participants will form a veritable platoon of soldiers ready to face the challenges and test both their personal and team limits. Participants will go through a series of workshops designed to turn them into a real extraction team, the team will have to complete a secret mission. The assigned mission is to retrieve top secret documents from an enemy base by overcoming a series of obstacles. During the mission the squad will face challenges that will test their agility, speed and accuracy. The program will begin with a short warm-up, and then they will learn from experienced soldiers techniques of camouflage, survival, ambush, guerrilla warfare, movement and non-verbal communication in the battlefield. They will also have the opportunity to experiment with different types of assault and sniper weapons.

All this will prepare them for a final confrontation in which they will assault the enemy cantonment with the help of military maps. In all the trials we will score the performance of the teams to determine which are the elite soldiers and which platoons return to the training phase, preparing to resume combat the next day.
