Mandala Magic is a teambuilding program focused on relaxation, creativity and emotional team connection. Participants are invited to create, in groups, a mandala that reflects their values, work dynamics and collective state, in a calm and inspiring environment. The creative process thus becomes a means of exploring group identity and visually expressing what 'team' means.
The final mandalas are an aesthetic but also an emotional result - a reflection of the synergy and collaboration between team members. The activity provides a welcome break from the daily hustle and bustle and creates space for introspection, deep communication and authentic reconnection between colleagues.
