Construction concept
Ecoxtrem invites you to build the coolest teambuilding day with the help of our own production line!
Participants will be divided into teams, each having the task to build a part of the production line model , using the resources provided by Ecoxtrem trainers. The teams will work independently and communicate only through the leaders in a limited number of meetings. For this type of activity, the approach to strategy, prioritisation and fixing information are the most important to start the production line in an efficient way. Working time is limited, so each team leader must make sure they have the necessary data to guide their team in a proper way. Each part of the production line will be assigned a specific theme, and the teams will have to take into account both the particularities of the segment and the unity of the whole layout. The objective is that at the end of the working time, by uniting all the parts, the teams will build a production line with an increased capacity, with a unitary architecture line.
