Ecoxtrem offers you a new opportunity to forget the everyday and enter an informal setting, while tasting the charm of the times with sotron, pioneers, Eugenia, "Flowers, girls, movies or boys".

The main objectives are collaboration and constant communication to support team performance in a familiar and friendly environment. By referring to elements that are familiar to all, we ensure that a conducive environment is created for interaction and identification of common elements of those present. In addition, the theme of the activities allows for the removal of communication barriers as the joy of childhood games is universal.Divided into sub-groups, participants will go through novel challenges throughout the programme that will remind them of childhood games and activities, test their adaptability and energise them.

The rules of the game are almost the same, but the complexity is slightly increased to make it easier to achieve team objectives.

At the end of the competition there will be an Award Ceremony where the winners can receive special gifts, and a fitting end to the activity is a "Childhood Memories" themed party.
