CSR Concept
Hunt for the Bike is a treasure hunt exercise in which each team will search for the parts of a bike, which they will then have to assemble against the clock.
The bikes will then be donated to children who have long wanted to have one.
Attention to detail, coordination of individual efforts and fair division of tasks will therefore become vital skills within the team.
The program combines the usefulness of the product created at the end with the immense satisfaction felt by the participants, knowing that the result of their teamwork will bring a smile to the faces of children who will enjoy these gifts to the fullest.
In addition to this, participants will have the opportunity to implement an effective strategy to solve the challenge and to discover the qualities of each team member. Thus, the fun and dynamics of the challenge will be complemented by team unity and motivation to make the children happy.
