Happy Bike Build

Do you remember when you took your first bike ride as a child and the exhilaration of your first attempt at pedaling? Together, we can transfer that beautiful energy of remembering our first bike towards a noble gesture for children in families who cannot afford such an experience. Divided into different teams, participants will be given the necessary resources for this process. They will be able to customize the design of the bike and will be challenged to complete the construction of the bike in the allotted time. Attention to detail, coordination of individual efforts and fair division of tasks will therefore become vital skills within the team. Happy Bike Build combines the usefulness of the product created at the end with the immense satisfaction felt by the participants, knowing that the result of their teamwork will put a smile back on the faces of children who need it so badly. The debriefing session at the end can touch on a wide range of topics important in achieving a common goal as a team: effective communication, collaboration, time management, strategic thinking, looking at the big picture or effective resource management.
