Fashion Show

Ecoxtrem proposes a teambuilding program, where creativity and originality are at the place of honor. The Fashion Show involves the creation by participants of a set of clothing creations and furniture objects, which, in the second part of the programme, will be presented during a fashion event. This will end with a real money auction, which will be donated to a placement centre, or with a fictitious money auction, with the winner being the collection that obtains the highest amount. This way, the event can also be complemented with a social responsibility action. In the creation of clothing and furniture collections, participants will be divided into several teams and will use recycled materials such as paper, newspaper, cardboard, plastic bottles, etc. Using these atypical materials to create unique products requires a lot of creativity, openness to suggestions and adaptability. The creative process also requires very good communication and collaboration within the teams, without which the objectives could not be achieved as easily. One of the objectives of this programme is to achieve a more united and homogenous team, which also develops its coordination capacity, considering that each member's tasks are closely linked to those of his/her teammates and that the final result is the product of everyone's efforts.
