Toy Factory

Children are the future and their joy and hope is our mission, all of us, to create a better world. This teambuilding program gives you the opportunity to bring a big smile to the faces of dozens of children. It also sets the optimal framework for developing creativity and fostering collaboration in support of a common cause. The "Toy Factory" programme can be tailored to your preferences, and can take the form of a toy-making workshop, assembling furniture for the little ones or setting up play areas. In the case of choosing a workshop where toys will be made, participants will work in teams in various workshops and each of them will create at least one toy that will later end up in the arms of an orphaned child. If your choice is to assemble colourful pieces of children's furniture, each team will have to build a piece of furniture according to a sketch provided by our trainers. In this way, the members of each team will share their responsibilities in such a way that their individual efforts will be successfully rewarded at the end of the workshop. You will have at your disposal all the necessary materials as well as models of toys to inspire you. An Ecoxtrem trainer will provide you at each workshop with the information and methods needed to make a successful toy. The Ecoxtrem team will provide transport and identify before the event the institutions where the toys will arrive. The toys will be delivered in the presence of volunteers from your company. Finally, the debriefing will cover the theme of collaboration between team members to achieve a common goal, the importance of effective communication, but also the integration of innovation and creativity in the daily work system.
