Concept description

A team is like a living system with interdependent relationships in which each action generates effects that influence each subsequent action.

Based on this concept, Ecoxtrem helps teams to realize the importance of working together and closely monitoring the effects of the project teams' actions on the development of the company through the Creative Domino concept.

Each team will be tasked with working on one part of a vast system that carries momentum from one end to the other to create a WOW ending. This only happens if the momentum is carried successfully and under similar conditions from one side to the other.

Creativity is the most important element of the programme! We use tools out of the box, from things you might have on your desk, to lego pieces and elements of a roller coaster assembly. We believe we have achieved our goal when the momentum has successfully circulated throughout the system, and the debrief will easily bring the importance of teamwork to the attention of participants!
