Cocktail Challenge is an experiential program in which teams function as mini-start-ups in the hospitality industry. Each team receives a purchasing budget, demographic data, and sentiment insights about a clearly defined target audience. The challenge is not only to create cocktails, but to make informed decisions: what ingredients to choose, what flavors to prioritize, how to position the product, and what story to build around it.
The process ends with a live pitch, in which teams explain how they used the data they received to build their recipes, pricing, and concept. Tasting becomes feedback, and the competition reveals the difference between intuition and strategy. It is an experience that trains data-driven thinking, collaboration, and the ability to turn insight into clear decisions—quickly, creatively, and memorably.
