Cocktail Challenge

Creativity, team spirit and novelty will be at the heart of the Cocktail Challenge activity.

We challenge you to step into the shoes of a skilled bartender in this workshop. The Cocktail Challenge is a 2-hour activity, suitable for a successful end to a day of work or teambuilding. Above all, the activity can be the right start to a party, successfully combining teamwork with entertainment. We start with a bartending flair demonstration where we'll see colourful cocktails made instantly, juggling shakers and bottles worthy of a circus master and, why not, a little magic.

Participants are then encouraged to try their skills in a competition to show who has the skills to become a flair bartender. All to the applause of their peers! We will then enjoy cocktails made during a mixology course where we will learn about the history of drinks, mixing principles, use of tools and bartenders' golden rules. Now it's time to put what we've learned into practice by making our own cocktails. We'll split into teams and step behind the bar to make the most delicious drinks for our fellow students. A panel of expert judges will decide which team of bartenders has made the most inspiring mixes and will be awarded a prize.
