Creative concept
The participants, divided into teams, will receive a kit with ingredients that they will use to make the culinary product. In addition, they will have a budget to use to purchase additional ingredients and promote the final product. In this way, the teams will establish their own marketing and sales strategies. The final objective will be to create a sweet product and a marketing strategy to attract as many customers as possible. At the end, each jury member will decide on the culinary product or products on which they will spend their allocated amount of money. The winner will be the team that generates the most revenue by selling their product to the jury members.
