Bonfire Challenge

The Bonfire Challenge is a team-building concept that combines competition, fun, and genuine interaction among colleagues. Participants are divided into teams—men vs. women, department vs. department, or any other format tailored to the organization—and embark on a series of challenges that test both individual skills and group performance.

Throughout the competition, teams take on physical challenges, skill-based games, logic puzzles, quizzes, and fun segments like “What would the others choose?”, where success depends on how well they know their teammates. Each challenge earns points, but also offers opportunities to shake up the standings through smart decisions and teamwork.

The surprise element of the program is the betting mechanic. In certain rounds, one participant is chosen to temporarily step out of the game and become a “bettor.” This person must decide whether to support their own team or bet on the opponents, taking on risks and opportunities that can influence the final outcome of the competition.

With plenty of energy, unexpected twists, and moments that spark laughter and conversation, the Bonfire Challenge is a program that turns competition into a memorable experience and creates memories that last long after the event is over.
