Concept description

For one day we will become renowned construction engineers and marketers to build, sell and deliver boats!

The necessary elements of this teambuilding program are: strategic and creative thinking because material and time resources are limited, customization of the finished product and division of tasks in the most efficient way.

‍

To start, each team will draw the type of craft they will need to build and will receive a standard kit of materials as well as a budget for the entire build. Each member of the team will have a well-defined role, from engineer to marketing manager, and in this way they will establish a strategy to present the product in a unique way and to convince the audience to buy the boat.

The winning teams are those that get the highest score made up of performance in the race against the clock and the audience's persuasiveness in selling the product.
