Become a savior

Ecoxtrem, together with the Bucharest Rescue Society Association, is launching an efficient and dynamic program for learning and perfecting first aid techniques in emergency situations. The lessons are combined with real tests in the form of simulations in which participants apply the techniques previously learned.

↪f_200D↩The"Become a savior" concept is based on the premise that the life of an injured person depends, to a large extent, on the timing of first aid and the skill of the first responder at the scene of the accident. Thus, in the first part of the program we will learn the most important lessons, part of the BLS (Basic Life Support) course: airway management, breathing and circulation check, resuscitation techniques, Heimlich maneuver, external bleeding control, primary wound treatment, immobilization of fractures, mobilization and transport of victims.

In the second part of the programme, we will test the information gained through a series of practical tests assisted by our accredited trainers. The workshops are constructed in the form of a treasure hunt in which participants have to search for and locate rescue alerts. Faced with real crisis situations, they are forced to make the best decisions under time pressure. At the end of the programme, participants can receive a certificate and badge attesting their participation in the First Aid training course.

This concept is unique in Romania and aims to change behaviours, increase the level of responsibility of participants and develop self-confidence.
