First and foremost, it is the open way you communicate with your clients both before and during the event and give suggestions according to our needs.

Another very important aspect is how involved the trainers were during the event. They didn't just give some rules for the activities and that's it, but they made sure that everyone is involved in the activities, that every colleague feels included, that every team has everything they need. Teambuilding with the EcoXtrem team was an experience that gave us the curiosity of searching and the joy of discovering new places and each other as well as the satisfaction of cooperating to find the best solutions. We spent a unique day in the company of our colleagues, being put in the situation of working together and finding the best ways to communicate. We had fun and saw how a day together can be, a day without the formal coordinates we are used to.
