What we planned in the office, we found in the field: the attractive location in the pictures turned out to be appealing, welcoming, and very clean, with spacious and well-heated rooms! The staff, from the reception to the bar and restaurant, were very prompt and always smiling, which made us appreciate the location and its facilities even more. The dishes were extremely tasty, and the traditional ones brought back childhood memories and made us miss our grandparents! For us, this was the first point of satisfaction in the logistics of organizing the event with Ecoxtrem. With comfortable accommodation and meals well taken care of, we were able to focus on the aspects that were truly important for team building: the program of activities, which was neither too much nor too little, neither too dynamic nor too static, neither too complex nor too easy... stimulating us to evaluate ourselves as a team and our way of collaborating at the level of an extended team. The activities were balanced in every way and all had both an attractive component that made us all get involved 100% and a fun component that allowed us to see them through to the end, with laughter and good cheer. The most dynamic, active, and energetic supporters of all of us participants were the trainers themselves, who clearly explained what we had to do in each game, cheerfully reminded us to follow the rules, encouraged us to successfully complete the challenges, and provided feedback when necessary. With the same positive energy, they coordinated the evening activities, accompanying them with music, club lights, and new invitations to have fun and enjoy ourselves.

First and foremost, it is the open way you communicate with your clients both before and during the event and give suggestions according to our needs.
Another very important aspect is how involved the trainers were during the event. They didn't just give some rules for the activities and that's it, but they made sure that everyone is involved in the activities, that every colleague feels included, that every team has everything they need.
