The Time Management programme is aimed at all employees who want to achieve better results and regain time for what is important to them.

We say employees because the course presents a task prioritization tool based on the Eisenhower Matrix (urgent - important) from a professional perspective, but you will easily notice that the principles presented can also be used in the personal sphere. In fact, the model is universally valid and does not necessarily encourage a reset of priorities, but rather a way of looking at things, a way of being aware when we are self-sabotaging.

Most people who are trying to lose weight know how important healthy eating and physical activity are, but they often don't take any action until the situation becomes urgent. Often the same thing happens at work. Many of us know what's important to do, but often the day seems to have too few hours or we get caught in the trap of the urgent, the things that "came up" and time flies.

If when you draw the line, the results aren't what you expected, it's no use day after day patting yourself on the shoulder saying: "Wow, what a job I did! Or "I was super productive today!". Most likely you got a lot done, but not what you needed.
